Returns & Exchanges

At rabbit, we want you to love your running gear as much as we love making it. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your return reason and download your prepaid shipping label. A small flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
